I unfortunately can't give a 0 star review. We've had many problems involving the manager of the store but tonight topped it for me. My 11 year old daughter who still goes to primary school made the stupid mistake of standing on a stool that had been left out. Despite me being there the manager decided to throw my daughter out she pointed to my daughter and then to the door and shouted "you, out, now". Absolutely disgusted by this and thinking she was talking to me I questioned her. She said no not you her and pointed to my daughter. I asked her why and she very harshly explained to me that my daughter was messing around and stood on the stool. If she hurt herself I'd have to fill out an incident report and you'd probably try and claim. I replied she's made a mistake she's only a child and she won't do it again so why are you kicking her out. She responded with fine she can stay and turned and walked back into the stock room. As I was walking round the shop I kept mulling things over and the more I thought about it the more cross I became. As we got to the till we said to the boy working have you got the details of someone we can complain to. She overheard and stormed out of the stock room and said if you have anything to say say it to my face. Wow I was shocked. I said to her that my daughter is 11 years old, she's still in primary schools and she's been taught to respect her elders. I then went on to say how can she respect her elders when they speak to her like that. She simple replied she looks a lot older then 11. I spoke to her in a calm manner but she just kept getting crosser and crosser and spoke to me like dirt on her shoe. I then left the shop telling her that I will be taking things further and that's 100% what I'm going to do. What my daughter did was very silly and she could have been hurt but how she was treat was horrendous and she didn't deserve that. I have a very upset child who thinks it's all her fault and I'm sure the memory of this will stay with her.
